WOBIZFAM wasn't born from a business plan. It was born from a moment of honest recognition — that so many of the women we knew were quietly carrying more than anyone could see. They were building businesses, raising families, showing up as leaders, and somehow still feeling like they were falling short on every front.
We looked around at the existing entrepreneurship spaces and saw a lot of hustle, a lot of highlight reels, and very little room for the real, full, complicated experience of being a woman in business. The community we wanted didn't exist. So we decided to create it.
WOBIZFAM is built on the belief that wholeness and success are not in opposition. That a woman can lead a business, love her family, tend to herself, and stand in her identity — all at once. Not perfectly. But honestly. And with a community who gets it beside her.
